14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at orders@greektreasures.gr (or WhatsApp us at +30 693 145 5107) within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- Ship it back to the return address we provide by email.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or damaged (see below). Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.
Defective or Damaged Items
All Alexander mills carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. If your item arrives damaged or develops a genuine manufacturing fault, contact us immediately at orders@greektreasures.gr or WhatsApp +30 693 145 5107 with photos — we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or full refund.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
